I'm sorry, i just looked again at his SSI application. He lists Spencer, IN as placed of birth, at time of Application, he wrote, North E st. Richmond (post office) IN. And i'm almost possitive he's there in 1920. my mother was born in Fortwayne in 1950. and the application is dated 1936. How weird.
