I'm rather confused about this issue. It's my understanding that all they are asking you to do is add a link to there site, correct? So why all the soul searching??? If you are concerned with the legitimacy of the company, then add a disclaimer to the link listing, saying something about not being responsible for the quality or legitimacy of the company. I am not trying to underplay everyone's concern, but I think that you all are more concerned then perhaps you need to be....
