But if you notice in the URL for the bio board you sent are the letters GEN...That means genealogy.....The Biographies are totally coordinated seperately that the genealogy. Not all counties have someone coordinating biographies in each one of them. I know when I had Franklin County...I believe it was uncoordinated. I think the confusion is with the new table that was set up by the genealogy state coordinators. On there they not only list links to the GENEALOGY WEBSITE for that particular county....they also have links to other websites related to that county....you know grouping them and being user friendly for the genealogists coming to the page. I clicked on the Carrol County Genealogy link and it apparently went to YOUR page that you have taken down. I went to the Carroll County bios page that is Suzy's. Franklin I don't see a problem here.
