    3. I agree with Lori on this. Regardless of the number of candidates (as long as we have at least one or more), we should conduct an election and as Lori suggests it should begin as soon as possible after the closing of the nominations to be concluded in a short, but reasonable amount of time. If you only have one candidate this voting time can be relatively short, while still allowing most who are available time to vote.
