Good Day everyone, First I'd like to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Tom Agan and I'm the new Orange County coordinator following Vonda Lee's resignation a few weeks ago. I've followed the commentary of the USGENWEB query system with some interest. Is there actually anyone that uses it? Maybe a page that is available for viewing. I've had a few run ins with the gamesmanship at the project last year over a census I put online. Is this just a continuation of that line or is it actually something that would be of value on our sites? Vonda and now I, just do this by hand, like everyone else seems to be doing. Being new to this position I understand that there are responsibilities that accompany this job, but are the USGENWEB people leading or assisting? I don't mean to be critical of anything, especially at this juncture, but the role of the various projects at the project confuse me a bit. Any light that could be shone on the subject would be appreciated. When I read the site requirements they seemed fairly short and to the point. Certain links, queries and surnames, some data records and subscribing to this list. Is there more that I missed? I'm not being critical, just curious. Thanks for your indulgence.
