    3. First I want to warn you that *IF* you do NOT use the auto query system you may not want to read this. Now for the ones that are using the automated query system; First some URLs,I will use Clay County as an exapmle, just chance the County to your County and the URL will take you to that County pages; Query page to post and view; http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/Clay Obit page; http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/ClayObits Bio page; http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/ClayBios Now for the page where you can delete the queries, just add this to the URL; ?admin http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/Clay?admin You will find a text box to enter your password along with several options. To delete a query just check the little box next to the query/queries then click the Delete Messages button. You may get a few bounce messages, this is something new. What the bounce messages are telling you is that someone on the query mail list has a bad address, you will be able to remove the address from the query page near the bottom, just put the bad address in and check the Delete address from the list button then click the Send Address button next to where you put the address in. You can also add a surname page, all you need to do is to go to the ?admin page for your County then click on the " Make A Surname Page " button, thats all there is to it.Not a great surname page but it is fast and will list the surnames along with the e-mail address of the researcher.Take a look at the one for Clay County; http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/USA/In/Clay/Surnames.html If you are having trouble with any of this just let me know and I will help out. Later...........Fred
