The message I posted earlier today concerning criminal offense was in reference to the message I forwarded to the INGEN-L and was attached to my message. The attached message was not a message that you would have previously seen on the INGEN-L; it was sent directly to me. I forwarded the message to me along with my message to the INGEN-L in order that persons who had not seen the forwarded message previously could read it and hopefully help me determine what it really meant.
