There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding about Jerry Mount's ICSQOB Online site and that the proposed "Guidelines and Procedures" require a *link* to the *single* site. Since this is on the state site, it may be best not to require it, anyway. The state page could suggest it as a desirable link for counties to use if they choose. As a member of the committee that worked on these proposals, I am excited about the interest and excellent questions being asked. Debby, Eric and I are considering the suggestions that have been made for some revisions. Thanks for your comments and support of INGenWeb. John G.
