A little late in answering the call, but I'm here. Judy Wiesenauer INGenWeb CC for Blackford County http://users.rootsweb.com/~inblackf/index.htm maxwiese@theremc.com
Judy has brought up a few good questions in regard to the Laison position for the UsGenWeb Election Board. I thank Judy for feeling that I am your laison with the UsGenWeb and I want you to feel that I always am. I also thank Gene for accepting my appointment and working with the Election Board. This will help with accurate email address's to all elgible voters for our state. I have sent Gene and up to date list that I turned in to the Election Committee a few days ago and you might like to check it and see if I have your email correct or if your email is listed.... ============================================================ "Remember if you have a nomination for NC - feel free to contact the Election Committee and present them. You should also make sure that the nominee would accept the position:" One of Judy's questions was in regard to how many times that you can vote. It is my understanding that each coordinator/or elgible voter is allowed only one vote. If you had two counties in two different Nation District's you would be able to place your vote on a district level but only one ont he national level. ================================== Indiana SC - Betty Sellers - kyseeker@dynasty.net ASC - Lori Hoffman - lori@seidata.com Indiana Archivist - Fred Finkbiner - fred@claynet.com Unknown County - Sharon Craig -sharcraig@aol.com Orphan County - Dee Floyd Pavey -busymom@aye.net ======================================== COUNTY COORDINATOR E - MAIL ADAMS TIM SINGLETON tsingleton@iclub.org ALLEN PATRICIA BOGEL pbogel@fwi.com BARTHOLOMEW COLLIN GARRETT bugsy@monti.net BENTON ANTHONY GICK agick@wwnet.com BLACKFORD JUDY WIESENAUER maxwiese@theremc.com BOONE AMY DAVIS adavis@discoverynet.com BROWN STEVE NORMAN normansm@aol.com CARROLL DARILEE ROBBINS quester@netusa1.net CASS DEBBY BEHELER beheler@netusa1.net CLARK LONNIE FINK lonfink@dmrtc.net CLAY FRED FINKBINER Fred@claynet.net CLINTON CONNIE RUSHING Ka5fnj@neto.com CRAWFORD DEE FLOYD-PAVEY busymom@aye.net DAVIESS BART JOHNSON bjohnson@kiva.net DEARBORN DAVE DISTLER ddistler@iquest.net DECATUR JOHN BALLARD john.ballard@anu.edu.au DEKALB KATHLEEN HAMMAN rsrchetal@locl.net DELAWARE SHAWN GRAY octk@aol.com DUBOIS TOM AGAN labooski@gate.net DUBOIS HOLLY TIMM hollyft@bright.net ELKHART TOM STEVENS stevens@skyenet.net FAYETTE TOM & CAROLYN WARD tcward@columbus-ks.com FLOYD LONNIE FINK lonfink@dmrtc.net FOUNTAIN ED MOYER emoyhbo@glenmar.com FRANKLIN RANDY KLEMME randyk@si-net.com FULTON DEBORAH MURRAY debmurray@worldnet.att.net GIBSON JUDY MURPHY jmurphy@erinet.com GRANT SHEILA WATSON tdtw98a@comteck.com GREENE TERRY ENGEL dengel@seidata.com HAMILTON SHARON CRAIG SharCraig@aol.com HANCOCK TOM & CAROLYN WARD tcward@columbus-ks.com HARRISON TERRY STRAUB terry@rahab.net HENDRICKS MEREDITH THOMPSON Scotlass94@aol.com HENRY LINDA AKER lmaker@netdirect.net HOWARD TRACEY MORRIS morris@netusa1.net HUNTINGTON SCOTT SATTERTHWAITE ssattert@citznet.com JACKSON DELORES LOMBARDI Dlombard@aol.com JASPER JOYCE I LANE jlane@netnitco.net JAY AMY CAMPBELL paulec@cactuscom.com JEFFERSON RUTH HOGGATT bhoggatt@seidata.com JENNINGS COLLIN GARRETT bugsy@monti.net JOHNSON DAVE DISTLER ddistler@iquest.net KNOX JOHN STANGLE stangle@wvc.net KOSCIUSKO GENE ANDERT genea@ctlnet.com LAGRANGE DEBORAH K MURRAY Debmurray@worldnet.att.net LAKE KATHY HUISH anolelady@aol.com LAPORTE GLEN MCGLOTHLIN glenemc@adsnet.com LAWRENCE REBECCA ROWLEY rrowley@indiana.edu MADISON GLENN RAY EDDLEMAN inmadison@ameritech.net MARION CHERYL TROWBRIDGE-TAYLOR Kjtcet2@aol.com MARSHALL ERIC CRAIG acptpfalcs@aol.com MARTIN MICHAEL L TEDROW michael.tedrow@br-ranch.com MIAMI DEBBY BEHELER beheler@netusa1.net MONROE JULIAN LIVINGSTON julian@bluemarble.net MONTGOMERY KAREN ZACH zacho@wico.net MORGAN LESLIE GUNTER lgunter@psn.net NEWTON ROBERT E WILLIAMSON willpad@netnitco.net NOBLE JUDY PALMAFFY ancestors@cbd.net OHIO DAVE DISTLER ddistler@iquest.net ORANGE THOMAS B AGAN labooski@gate.net OWEN JULIAN LIVINGSTON julian@bluemarble.net PARKE KAREN ZACH zacho@wico.net PERRY JUDY MURPHY jmurphy@erinet.com PIKE MICHAEL PIERCE mpierce@sssnet.com PORTER ESTHER FRYE mdwlark@bigfoot.com POSEY GILBERT SCHMITT gschmitt@evansville.net PULASKI DEBORAH MURRAY Debmurray@worldnet.att.net PUTNAM SHARON B RYANT SharonBryant@worldnet.att.net RANDOLPH TIM SINGLETON tsingleton@iclub.org RIPLEY LORI HOFFMAN Lhoffman@seidata.com RUSH SUE OTTE rushlib@comsys.net SCOTT PAT MOUNT pmount@fnr.umass.edu SHELBY DAVE DISTLER ddistler@iquest.net SPENCER JUDY MURPHY jmurphy@erinet.com ST JOSEPH ERIC CRAIG acptpfalcs@aol.com STARKE ERIC CRAIG acptpfalcs@aol.com STEUBEN KATHLEEN HAMMAN rsrchetal@locl.net SULLIVAN STEVE LECH tracydl@pe.net SWITZERLAND RUTH HOGGATT bhoggatt@seidata.com TIPPECANOE ADINA DYER adyer@nfe.com TIPTON SHARON CRIAG SharCraig@aol.com UNION KRIS BAIN kbk22@mailexcite.com VANDERBURGH CHRIS MYERS Stnick@evansville.net VANDERBURGH BETTY SELLERS kyseeker@dynasty.net VANDERBURGH JOHN G WEST Mylines@evansville.net VERMILLION KENNA FETHEROLF KFether123@aol.com VIGO PAM YATES pjyates@abcs.com WABACH MIKE SWEENEY sweeney2@wolfenet.com WARREN ANTHONY GICK agick@wwnet.com WARRICK GILBERT SCHMITT gschmitt@evansville.net WASHINGTON JERRY MOUNTS jmounts@indy.net WAYNE MIKE PROCTOR mproctor@lex.infi.net WELLS CATHY BURNSED cburnsed@geocities.com WHITE TRUDY JOHNSON johnsn@carlnet.org WASHINGTON JOHN MEADE jwmead@blueriver.net WHITLEY DONALD GRADELESS drg@execpc.com -- Betty a/k/a Kyseeker of Kentucky and Indiana kyseeker@dynasty.net =========================== Indiana State InGenWeb Coordinator - http://www.rootsweb.com/~ingenweb/ Vanderburgh Co., In - http://www.rootsweb.com/~invander/vand.htm Trigg Co., Ky - http://www.usroots.com/~kyseeker/trigg/trigg.html Christian Co., Ky -

I am a bit confused about this need for a liaison person -- I thought that this was why we had state coordinator (YOU for state of Indiana) and one of their responsibilities (representing us in votes, gathering votes, etc)??? (of course I could understand this coordinator assigning it to someone else, or asking someone to help him/her, but why the "recruitmanet"??? When we had our 1st birthday we were asked the status of our webpages for the county -- this way we had a comparrison on how much we had added/accomplished in coming years, etc. I forgot to send the 2nd birthday status and found my old unsent message today with the statistics on it, so am sending these stats at this time. Perry Co has grown to 5.5 megs of data online (no gifs) Spencer Co has grown to 1.5 megs of data online (no gifs) Gibson Co has grown to 3.2 megs of data online (no gifs) My lessons section (accessible from all 3 of these pages) has grown to 2.5 megs of info (no gifs). (I have since queried to see how much database stuff I had done since June and found that my Perry Co has increased just in past 5 months to 6.64 megs, Spencer to 1.9 meg, Gibson to 3.44 megs, and lessons to 2.7 megs) I am always amazed when I see how much I have added to the webpages and databases, when it always seems like I just am "getting no where" with my transcribing of births, deaths, marriages, census', etc. I also remember my military pages when they only had one or 5 names on them and I was wondering if anyone would REALLY want to see this page -- then out of the woodwork these persons who wanted their ancestors "honored on the military page" started sending me names, regiments, and other info about their kin. I now have hundreds of names (and I just this week found a group more names of soldiers in Civil War from newspaper articles in 1861 for Perry Co and will add those to my military pages this week). It is really AMAZING how much a single subject webpage can add up so quickly. Just thought I would send this info to Betty since I had failed to send back in June 98. Season's Greetings to All, Judy M.

Hello Indiana GenWeb Coordinators! Lawrence County is alive and thriving! We have gotten several donations recently including obituaries, bible records and the graduation lists from a long-ago high school. One really fun addition has been newspaper transcripts for the 1860's and 1870's. Our genealogy angel, Diana Flynn, has been typing up the news and notes sections from Lawrence County newspapers. We have been posting them online...and having a blast with them! Several people have found out mundane information about their ancestor...and we all have found out the cost of potatoes in 1875 (35 cents/bushel)! Take care!
