Hi again.... Are there plat maps available for Franklin Co.? Not necessarily the 1882 map with landowners listed, but a blank plat map that perhaps the Chamber of Commerce prints and distributes? I'd like to have one so I can start sorting out landowners from the land records of the mid-1800's. Thanks....
