Hello everyone: I am looking for information about my 3rd great grandfather: Ira Lindsley, b. 21 April 1784; d. 27 July 1827 in Brookville, Franklin County, Indiana. Killed by a tree. Married: Rachel Connet, 21 November 1812. I think they were married in NJ. because Henry Connet Lindsley was in NJ. Had 5 sons: Henry Connet Lindsley, Joseph Melvern Lindsley, Lyman Baxter Lindsley, William Worthington Lindsley and Samuel Goodwin Lindsley. Would like too know if he died here in Brookville, Franklin County, Indiana. If someone could point me in the right direction, so that I may get this information.
