Randy, My modem must have been tired last night when I got "document done" at 1 minute 15 seconds. After reading this morning's e-mail I timed it again: 9 seconds to first picture and document done in 33 seconds! I suggest leaving everything alone. Others' problems may be with their Internet Service Providers or their modems and PCs. Mason
