Hi, I had mailed a letter to the courthouse about three months ago, requesting information on how to obtain a death certificate, and I've heard no response. Perhaps someone on this board can help me--IS it possible to obtain a death certificate of someone who died in Franklin Co. in 1836 and 1838? If so, will these certificates have the father's name included? I am currently researching two brothers who settled early in Franklin County by the names of Robert and William GLIDEWELL. It cannot be proven who their father was, and pension records confirm they are brothers, yet mention no other family members. Any suggestions? Thanks
