Hello folks, Most lists are set up this way, I've discovered. When I want to respond directly to the sender, I massage my browser (I.E.) in the following way: 1. Hit "Reply to Author" or "Reply to All" or "Forward". 2. Don't sent this message; instead click on the address of the originator, in the following example [randyk@si-net.com]. You will get a new message format addressed to the originator. Fill in the appropriate subject, text and then send. 3. Delete the screen that you got in step 1. I think you can also open "Reply to All" and then in the "To:" line, highlight and delete the address of the list leaving the originator's address. Then add your text and send. I haven't tested this lately, however! not an expert, Harold Clupper halclup@chesco.com (Chester Co., PA) ---------- > From: Randy Klemme <randyk@si-net.com> > To: INFRANKLI-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [INFRANKLI-L] Surname List > Date: Sunday, October 04, 1998 3:13 AM > > That is the way rootsweb has it set up...I can see if I can change it > through the coordinator utilities.
