I know there was a John MILLAR on the 1820 FranklinCo census, pg 196, with a son of the right age to be William. On the same page is Abraham and Jacob MILLAR. There is a John MILLER on page 197 who also has a son of the right age as William. I know William was in FountainCo, IN by the 1840 census. What I am hoping is that someone on this list has the 1830 census for FranklinCo and can do a lookup on John Miller, John Millar, and William Miller. I believe one of these John Millers is William's father but having a devil of a time proving it. Can anyone help? Thanks, Nel
