I have a record of birth of indicating it is the 3rd child of the mother who is shown as Annie C. SINEX ~ father shown as Wm W SINEX and that he was an "Iron Worker" and the physician as E. P. Early (?) Easly?? and date of birth 11-18-1884. Much of this photocopy is feint but indicates age of father to be 26. It may be that the mother's maiden name was LEACH.
