Greetings Listers: I am researching the following: Peter Davis, born ca 1843 England; married to Ann (Ray?) born ca 1848 England. Children: Ann, Rose, William Thomas, Walter . . . . Peter worked as a "glass grinder". There may be a possible connection to Joseph Peyton who immigrated at the same time and his naturalization papers were one page behind Peter's. Family immigrated to New Albany ca 1871; Ann married Abram Roscoe Morris (eventually moved to Oakland, California); Rose married Chester Whiteman (eventually moved to Dayton, OH).
