Richard Montgomery, (alias Fitzroy Gibbons,) born in England (alias Ireland); his language is Irish; aged thirty-eight years; (has more the appearnce of being forty-five years) hight five feet seven inches; eyes blue; hair light; complexion light; occupation tailor. Address, Maysville, Putnam county, Indiana. The regular Government bounty will be paid to any person who arrests or places the above named deserters in the Barracks at Louisville, Ky.
