Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/3h.2ADE/1805 Message Board Post: An investigation of the actual census pages has lead me to this couple, living with them in 1850 is David Taylor wife Nancy and daughter Mary C. They are living in the same dwelling with the family of Isaac and Sarah Taylor. At first I thought Isaac and David might be brothers. However the Census from 1850 to 1880 indicates that David may be the oldest son of this family. Isaac is gone from the 1860 census and David has moved to Washington county Indiana. In the 1880 census Sarah indicates she is 76 years old. Which means she aged 28 years from 1860 making her old enough to be David's mother. Anyone with information on this family please contact me.
