Having just received a copy of the 1913 Old Time Settlers article and in which it states Thomas, John & Brewer Sinex being brothers and early settlers of New Albany, it also states that Thomas Sinex built the first frame house in New Albany and that he had a lumber yard. Would there be a deed available for this, which according to his arrival in New Albany circa 1816 could be anywhere from then until "when" to have had this home built?
