    3. Cj, I don't know if this will help you or not, but it is worth a try. My 3g-gmother, Elizabeth Baker, had a younger sister named Charlotte who was born in Shenandoah Co., VA in 1798. They were daughters of Henry and Hester (Stockslager) Baker, who came to Harrison Co., IN about 1818. They settled near the county line with Floyd Co., because they are buried in Wolf Cemetery in Georgetown (Floyd Co.). Charlotte Baker married a John McCollough in or about 1818. I have no other information regarding this couple, other than a mention in my grandmother's memoirs (she was born in Floyd Co. in 1879) describing a visit to an elderly Aunt Lottie McCollough while she (my grandmother) was still a young girl. I am not able to find any leads in the census, unfortunately, regarding John and Charlotte. Like I said, this may not help you much, but on the other hand it might. Good luck in your research.
