I have a copy of an article of the death of Mrs. Sinex, wife of Dr. William Sinex, stating she died at Spencer, Owens county, but the remains were brougth to New Albany for interment. This same article states she was a daughter of Rev. John Kearns. I know that the Rev's daughter Caroline married Elisha West Sinex and I know Caroline had sisters Mary & Margaret but did not know either of them had married a Sinex also. The newspaper is the New Albany Ledger of October 16, 1882 and I am wondering if anyone can tell me if a certificate of death for this time frame would be available.
