Sue, thank you for the url below. Although I have viewed the New Albany page previously, I had not gone into the various areas available. In so doing this a.m. I was extremely pleased with myself <grin> for finding a picture of "a 2nd cousin twice removed" of mine through the Sinex ~ Geneva Sinex ~ whose true name was Jessie Geneva Sinex. Thank you so much for a wonderful find. What time period do you think this may have been? Geneva was born 1887. This is a terrific site to view. Just found my first cousin 3 times removed (Edmund Burton Walker) which I also have on my website at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~waughtel/E_B_Walker_obit.htm which shows an older age picture of him. Also found a picture of Nora C. Walker who is a 1st cousin twice removed AND also a 2nd cousin twice removed, since she is related through my Walker line and my Sinex line. Nora C. & Edmund B. are 1st cousins once removed. I was really curious as to all this, since my late mother has several picture postcards (that I now have in my possession) addressed to "Miss Nora Walker" of New Albany. This solves a big "question". She (Nora) was the daughter of Maria L. Sinex (my great grandaunt) and Harvey C. Walker (my 1st cousin 3 times removed). Maria L. Sinex was known to us as "Aunt Doll" as she was so tiny.
