The Tarentum, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania autographs, also prior to 1900, are probably from visits. At some time prior to 1900 the Jacob HEYD, Jr. family moved to Alexandria, Monroe Twp, Madison County, Indiana, where Daisy's father Jacob worked in a glass factory. There is one unsigned/uncompleted autograph ³forget me not May 1, 1900 Alexandria Ind. Dear Daisy:‹² Circa 1902, the family moved to Springdale, Allegheny Co. PA where Jacob HEYD became a superintendent of the Heidencamp Glass Company factory, until his death in 1918. Autographs shown with date and/or location are the only ones so marked.
