I have some information that he may have practiced medicine in Galena, Ind around 1915-1917? I believe his medical license was surrendered there in 1917. Any one ever hear of him? He lived from 1851 to 1931, having been born in Harrison County. Any ideas on where medical records may be would be appreciated.
