    3. Daily Ledger Standard New Albany 7 Feb 1876 p4 c1 Death Of Another Old Citizen We sincerely regret to learn of the death of Mr. Madison Martin, which occured at his residence in Greenville township, last Friday night. Mr Martin was about 65 years of age and had long been a resident of that township. He leaves his wife, children, and grand children to mourn his loss, as well as many friends, for all that knew him claimed him as a friend. The remains were buried at the Kepley School House graveyard, at one o'clock this afternoon; the Odd Fellows and Grangers, of both of which he was an honored member, turned out in large forces to pay the last sad tribute of respect to their departed brother. The funeral was preached by Rev. Mr. Hutchinson, of the Third Presbyterian Church of this city, and was very impressive ---------------- New Albany Ledger 29 May 1883 p4 c4 Marriage Licenses Madison Martin to Martha Ellis
