If memory serves me correctly, the William that married Fannie was the son of Frank OTT, who came to Floyd Co. from Darmstadt. My grandfather William (who married Susie HOPPER) was the son of Ferdinand OTT, who came from Baden and settled in Morgan Township, Harrison Co.
