He married Julia Ann Monaghan (2nd marriage) in Floyd Co. in 1835. Had a son William b. in KY in 1826 with his 1st wife, name unknown. William Jr. married Mary Ann Kuraner(?) in 1849 and had the following children: William, Julia, Emeline, Maria, Eliza, and Elmer. This family also lived in Lafayette Township.
