POWERS - age 82, of Bristol, died Wednesday in Elkhart General Hospital. She had been a resident of Bristol since 1941, going there from Constantine. She was born August 11, 1887, in Larimore, North Dakota, on April 10, 1907. He died August 15, 1957. Surviving are three sons, Roy Warner POWERS and Jack POWERS, both of Louisville, KY, and Gene POWERS, Bristol; a daughter, Mrs. Pearl JOHNSON, of Orange, Calif.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. POWERS was Gold Star mother. A son, Joe O’Neil POWERS was killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. She was a member of the Bristol United Methodist Church the American Legion and Rebekah Lodge. Rev. Donald D.
