PALMER - Chandler, Ariz., Friends of Alice E. PALMER, 85, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Elkhart, may form a procession at 10:45 a.m. Monday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Rice Cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Rulli of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church will officiate. Mrs. PALMER died at 12 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 8, 1994) at Pecos Nursing Center in Chandler. She was born March 24, 1909, in Elkhart. She married Fred J. PALMER in 1946 in Elkhart. He died Jan. 23, 1951, in Elkhart. Surviving are one stepdaughter, Marian BARTON of Florida, several stepgrandchildren and several step great-grandchildren. One step-daughter and one stepson preceded her in death as did two sisters, Helen BLENNER and Mary ROBINSON, and one brother, Armand BLENNER.
