    2. < I'd like that information also, but I have ask at the State Library, and they don't know the infor, so we will have to send the money to the NARA, and get them, I sent for them before the rate increase, and still haven't heard, think they just threw some them away instead of answering them. >> Teddy, You can get some Civil War info from the Indiana State Archives....but the info is very limited, nothing like you can get from NARA....their cost is higher, but the amount of info you get is also lots more. What you basicaly get from the State is a packet...with probably a discription of the solider and his date and place of muster....not much more than that....cost is like $4.00 when I got mine last year. Hope this has helped......and don't give up on the NARA records coming.....they often take months to get back to you. N.J.Skinner White in MI.
