Hi Jeanne Surber, You said you were at the Johnson Co. In. library , do you mean physically , or on line ? My g-g-grandfather lived in Johnson Co. for many years, he was Elijah DeHart. I have not been able to find anything on my grandfather Sylvanius DeHart.Let me know if you can help. I would really appreciate it. His father was David. Sylvanius moved to Marion Co. at some time and died about 1910.
