I am looking for anyone researching or that may have knowledge of the CRAWFORD families in Allen County. The 1880 census has G. S. CRAWFORD ln Alboit township age 28 & head of household, single & living with his siblings. It states he was b in Ohio, as were his parents (unknown). Other CRAWFORD families are in same township. Looking for a connection between the families. Also living in same the GS CRAWFORD home were my Grandparents (never known) CLARA M. CRAWFORD (listed as sister of G. S) age 21 & her husband Franklin Harris (Benjamin Franklin was given name) age 23. Married in Allen County in 1879. Any information on this CRAWFORD line will be appreciated. Also what happened to the parents of G. S. CRAWFORD & siblings? I can find no record of any of these CRAWFORD after that census. One exception were my grandparents Clara M. Crawford & Benjamin Franklin Harris who were found on the 1900 census in Whitley County, Columbia City township. Richard Harris
