Edmund Jr. born in 1818 and died in 1890. He married Sarah Gwin in 1836 in Monroe County and they were the parents of the following children; John T., born in 1837 and died in 1909. He married Nancy Rice in Owen County in 1860. They are buried at Richland Cemetery. Their children were 'Benjamin, Charles, Mary, Martha and Thomas J. Mary Jane was born in 1839 and married Joseph Ahart Newton on 5 April 1855 in Monroe County. She died in 1896 and they are buried at Richland Cemetery. Their children were Sarah, Lydia, John, Joseph, James, Mary Eliza, Sus@n, Nancy, Ida, Samuel, Elijah, Oliver and Martha Alice. Matilda C. was born in 1842 and married James H. Dyer in 1862 in Greene County. Margaret E. was born in 1842 and married David H. Dyer in 1862 in Greene County. Their children were Minnie and M.E. James W. was born in 1845 and died in 1914. He married Mary E. Brown in 1863. Their children were William, Alva, John, Lanny A., Charles and Delly. Eliza was born in 1848. Edmund was born in 1851 and married Martha Goodwin in 1867 in Greene County. Their children were Amanda, John, Eliza, Emma, and Frank. Isaac M. was born in 1857, and David was the last child. After Sarah died in 1869, Edmund married Hannah Wilbur in Greene County but that marriage ended in divorce. There was one child. Since Edmund Sr. came to Monroe County in 1830 his descendants have received a rich legacy in their Monroe County heritage.
