Jan: I replied to Elaine before I saw your message. We were in Rockville last Fall and found a wealth of material at the City Hall in the little courthouse square. I may have the address somewhere if you can't find it. They were most helpful and did have many old records. Also there is a historical society there even tho it is closed through the late Fall and Winter months. Good luck and let me know if you need addresses etc and I can try to find them.
