I need following information. WHERE Parking is available for IND. Geneaology Division. What are the charges for parking? Can one park on Street on Saturday? That is, if the Genealogy Dept. is open? There use to be a vacant lot across the street where one could park FREE. ( ???? ) Thank you for any information.

Meters are free on Saturday unless the State Legislature is in session or there is a special event downtown. Then the meters are capped and you can't park. Best to park in parking garage directly across street ($4.00 each day), not open on Saturday. Entrances to garage on Senate or New York Streets.
