Hello Bonnie...... I have found a Charles C CURTIS that I think is yours....... in the Civil War Pension Index and the LDS 1880 Census...... I cannot find Charles in the Heritage Quest 1870 Census Index for Tennessee, Minnesota, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky...... I cannot find Charles and his family in FTM's 1900 Minnesota Census Index..... I have a feeling that the family was in Canada by then..... It appears that Charles died in 1901......
