Good Morning, In trying to find the family of my ggGrandmother, Elizabeth Jane CARTER a volunteer researcher gave me the information that there was an Elizabeth CARTER age 12 living with the Nathan MOOREHOUSE family in Van Buren Township, Fountain Co., Ind. from the 1850 Census. This would be the correct age for my Elizabeth; she married 1. James L. JOHNSON 2. Scott S. ETHINGTON, also of Fountain Co., Indiana. Scott and Elizabeth are buried in Wilson County, Kansas. Does anyone have any information of any of the MOOREHOUSE families listed below from the Indiana marriage index or Nathan MOOREHOUSE?
