There is a Mt. Carmel Cemetery located in Franklin Co., Indiana. The following site lists all cemeteries in Franklin County. The first page shows cemetery names beginning A-G. I am seeking info on AQUILLA CHAPMAN who lived near Bedford in ca.1830-1850. Another researcher sent me info on a coroners inquest on a JAMES CHAPMAN who died ca. 1849 which he refuses to tell me his source and I have gone through all court records for Lawrence County and can't find any such coroners inquest records. There was a will for a JAMES CHAPMAN who was brother of AQUILLA dated ca. 1848,but that is not the same JAMES. Can anyone help me? Thanks,Clyde
