Can someone give specific instructions for searching NAIL and NARA. I've gone there several time to search for people in I.T. without much luck. I'm not sure which keywords go in each field or exactly which archive to choose. I have read and re-read the instructions and still obviously can't do it right. I would really appreciate any help.
