I am trying to locate information on the marriage and family of Mack Sparkman and Ruth Emaline Erving (Emaline F?). From the 1880 Census Soundex - Sparkman's in Missouri I find that he was born in KY in 1857. She was born in ARK in 1858 and their first son, my grandfather, Finus (Finis) was born in MO in 1877. Vol. 2, ED Sheet 25, Line 27 Sugar Creek Barry Co. They were living either at Tecumseh or Shawnee, OK at the time of death. As you can see there have been multiple spellings. Mack Sparkman had a brother named John, I have been told that Emaline Erving was Cherokee Indian but have not able to confirm it. I do appreciate this medium to communicate with others. Thanks. JB
