Would appreciate anyone's help.< Shawnee is in Pottawatomie Co., near the point where the Pottawatomi & Shawnee, Kickapoo, and Sac & Fox lands met. Both the Pottawatomi & Shawnee Lands and the Sac Fox Lands were opened for settlement by run on Sept. 22, 1891. The Kickapoo Lands weren't opened until 1895.
