This (possibly) could indicate that they came together to the enrollment office. This "could" indicate a close or even a family relationship-- but don't count on it. MUCH more important are those enrollees who are shown having the same Census Card numbers. Those would have been listed (usually) on the same enrollment application and the census card would indicate their relationship to the first person on the card. jc
