I don't agree with the theory you have and I'm sure thats all it is re that " in earlier times, the blood amount was calulated ( guessed ) * most of us here know the definition of calculated * by the person conducting the census". Some of our people knew there blood quantum... When my great great grandmother told the commission she as full-blood Choctaw, she knew what she was talking about and that is what was recorded. I was born a Choctaw.
