    3. How many of the people complaining about the society belong as a member or have offered some kind of help to make things nicer. Maybe the people who work there are so used to being treated rudely that they just have given up. since I live out of state I have only had telephone conversations with them but each time they have more than gone out of their way to answer my questions(some of which they have probably heard countless times). It would be interesting to know how much money the one in Oklahoma has to work with compared to other states.
