Curious about the Thomason connection, too. There was a widow who married Jesse Wadkins 1910 Carter Co., OK; she was called Granny Thomas, but should have been called Granny Thomason. She was Mary Thomason Reid when she married Jesse, making Jesse her third husband. Don't know her maiden name, but there is a Cannon researcher who knows more about her. Any connection?
