    3. Hi Melody, Sounds like a fascinating family story there. Wish I could help. I checked the only book I have that might have info, but it didn't: "Births, Deaths, & Marriages from El Paso Newspapers Through 1885." These papers published news from other parts whenever possible, so I checked for your Pauline. Wasn't listed, though. Do you know her circumstances? I'm really intrigued and wonder at her tragedy.
