I found some names that corresponded with two of my relatives, too. So, I called an attorney friend to see if he could view them as a professional to see if they were mine. He said that it sounds like these are paper documents on file, not scanned, because unless a case goes to appellate court (and perhaps setting some kind of legal precedent) it isn't scanned for computer access.
