Vicky Deering I have a Row/Colcord History of "Pioneer Families, 1830-1885". I did a quick check and there are several biographies of Ramsey families listed. The book is not indexed, and it is hard to find names but if you think any of these are connected to your Ramsey's I will try to send you some of the information. The Biographies that are listed are: Arvel Ramsey (b. 1908), son of Walker and Levy Ramsey. Randall Leon Ramsey (b. 1922) son of Walker Grover Cleveland Ramsey, he was 8th of 9 children. Then there was a biog. of a Walker Grover Cleveland Ramsey. He married Olivia in 1907. The article said he was the father of the Ramsey's who settled in the Row Colcord area. Another one was William Marion Ramsey (b. 1919). I didn't see a Charlie Ramsey, but I just glanced at the articles (several pages of them).
