One of the problems I have found changing from Digest to List mode is that the reply feature goes to the individual not the list and there is nothing in the Subject line to tell you where the e-mail is coming from. I am on several lists and only a couple are like this one and it is frustrating - when you get the digest at least you know where it came from. Just my 2 cents worth.
